Compensation Matters
Sometimes you might attend the surgery because of an injury or illness, which occurred at work or in a motor vehicle accident for example. Please notify the front desk staff on arrival that the matter is for compensation. We do ask that all these matters are paid for at the time of consultation unless other arrangements have been made with the practice.
Medical reports and forms
You should make an appointment with your doctor for the completion of forms for government, business, insurance or legal purposes. We have a large number of requests for such materials, and you will appreciate that it is not always possible to complete these in a short time.
In the case of Medico-legal and insurance reports, we require payment before the report will be provided.
We do not provide information to any third party without your consent, unless the law specifically allows or requires us to do so.
