Your Feedback

Patient Feedback

From time to time the practice asks patients to give their views on our services.  These surveys are completely confidential and very valuable to us.

If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of the care you receive here please discuss this with our Practice Manager, or any of the Doctors. We believe that problems are best dealt with early and within the Practice.

If the matter cannot be resolved satisfactorily you may direct your problem to : the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission at: Locked Bag 18, Strawberry Hills, NSW 2012 or phone (02) 9219 7444

Accreditation and Improvement Survey

Thank you to those people who completed our recent Accreditation and Improvement Survey.  We are very grateful for you comments and are pleased to say that 95% of all patient rating about this practice were good, very good or excellent, and that you appreciate our staff and doctors and the work they do.

However we note that there are some concerns about:

  • Waiting times
We are reviewing our appointment system to try to limit bottlenecks. You can help us by booking longer appointments if you have a complex matter or a number of matters to be dealt with. We will advise you when you arrive, if we have a known delay. Also you might like to ring before you arrive to check if there are any delays.

  • Speaking to your GP
Our doctors don’t like to take calls while they are consulting, but will either ring back or will arrange for a member of staff to provide you with the appropriate information. You can help by giving the staff a detailed message.

  • Seeing your GP
We make every effort to find you an appointment with your GP, but most of our doctors are working part-time, and are not always available when you would prefer. If the matter is urgent we can generally find you an appointment with one of our GP’s. You can help by booking routine appointments with your GP in advance.

Thank you again for your feedback. We will be following up with an ongoing feedback/comment/suggestion box in the waiting room.
